(1) There will be a means-resources council with the following members for the collection and mobilization of material and financial resources of the university:-

(a) Chairman nominated by the Executive Council

(b) Three members from among the Deans

(c) Three members from among campus heads

(d) Eight members from among industrialists, traders and farmers and donors

(e) four members from among the heads of the city executive under the province where the central office of the university is located, including the head of the city executive where the central office of the university is located

(f) …………………..

(g) Three members from amongst the distinguished persons found

(h) Registrar Member-Secretary

(2) Ex-officio members will be nominated by the Executive Council.

(3) Chairman and nominated members. The term of office will be four years and after the end of the term of office, they may be re-nominated.

(4) The procedure related to the meeting of the Means-Resources Council shall be as prescribed and unless it is prescribed, the procedure related to the meeting will be determined by the Means-Resources Council itself.
